The latest round of cooling measures introduced in Singapore for residential properties has driven many cash-rich investors to turn to commercial properties instead. Commercial properties include both office and retail units.
I personally have invested in 2 strata-titled retail units during the past 12 months. As it was my first time purchasing commercial properties, I made a few mistakes and also learnt a lot during the entire process. As such, I have started this blog to share with you my mistakes made as well lessons learnt.
